FIRST THERAPY SESSION (60 MIN)

FOR INDIVIDUALS:
These are personalized, one-on-one sessions to navigate individual mental health concerns and personal challenges.

FOR FAMILIES:
Guided sessions for couples or family members to improve communication and resolve conflicts within family dynamics.

RETURNING CLIENT SESSIONS (60 MIN)

For existing individual and/or family clients, returning to continue their therapeutic journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Psychotherapy sessions are 1-hour (60 minutes) in duration.

  • The rate for a 60-minute session will be discussed during our Introductory call.

  • I accept all major credit cards and payments are processed through a tool called Paperbell.

    Receipts are emailed and are available inside your PaperBell client account.

  • 24-hour cancellation notice must be received; otherwise, full payment for a 1-hour session is required.

  • My availability is flexible and you can view it when selecting an appointment time here.

  • Sessions are mostly online, while local residents may opt for in-person

  • I have a supervisor. Upon your request, I will supply their contact information.

  • Clients with extended health coverage are able to process insurance claims through their provider.
